By origin:

5. RIGHTS:

Complaints can also be submitted to the supervisory authority of the data subject’s habitual residence or workplace. Data may be processed only by staff authorized to do so (IT technicians, consultants, website managers, marketing staff, Staff assigned to the departments to which a request is directed—both internal and external), as well as designated data processors (e.g., website hosting or management companies). All such individuals process only the data necessary to perform their duties.
If necessary, data may also be shared with judicial or police authorities, lawyers, or any party required to comply with legal obligations, by a regulation, by European Union law, or for the purpose of asserting or defending a right before the competent authorities.
